We appreciate your interest in Vita Longa MC (hereinafter referred to as “Center” or “We”) and want your rights to be protected when using and paying for the online medical services provided by the Center. By using the website, you agree to the Refund Policy developed by the Center, as described below.

The content of this website and the Refund Policy are regulated by the RA legislation, in particular, the RA Constitution, RA Civil Code, RA Law on “Protection of Consumer Rights”, and the internal legal acts of the Center deriving from them.

Basic principles:

After registering on our website, you are able to receive online medical consultation. To do so, you need to choose a specialist, the time of the consultation and make an online payment on the website. You will receive a corresponding confirmation from us soon after.

Please answer our doctors’ call in an approved manner and on time to avoid wasting your and their time.

In all cases where the online consultation is not provided through our fault or due to any circumstances concerning us, we make a full refund.

If the consultation was not provided through your fault or due to any circumstances concerning you, the money will not be refunded.

The above-mentioned rule does not apply in the cases of refusal of consultation or consultation time change if it is agreed by both parties beforehand. 

To get a refund for an online payment, contact us at info@vitalonga.am. You will receive a reply to your e-mail address within 5 (five) working days.

What to do if our doctor is not available on the agreed day and time?

If on the agreed day and time our doctor did not contact you or otherwise inform you of the change of the appointed day or time, please wait up to 5 minutes, then immediately contact us at 8155. We will look into the issue, and, in agreement with you, will set another time or refund the entire amount paid.

What will the Center do if you are not available on the agreed day and time?

If you do not contact our specialist at a pre-arranged time, we will wait up to 10 minutes and use all our contacts to get in touch with you. If are still unable to contact you, the amount paid will not be refunded.

What to do if you think you have received poor quality service?

You can contact the Center if you think you have received poor quality service. You can file a complaint within 5 (five) days after receiving the consultation. We will review your application and respond to you by email within 5 (five) working days.
